I am truly passionate about helping adolescents, adults, couples and families! I enjoy the challenge of working with a varied range of clients to help attend to their needs. Meeting people where they are emotionally and aiding them to feel more confident to address concerns and eventually optimize their lives is always my goal. I truly yearn to work myself out of a job with every client(s). Being part of a family's or individual's success and journey is the most rewarding part of my job!

I enjoy helping boost positive coping skills and a good self-esteem to overcome obstacles in life. We all no matter our age or stage, may need a person who offers a strengths-based approach to build on the skills already present and close the gaps on any shortcomings. I appreciate treating my clients as an individual with a holistic viewpoint.

I love the use of creative therapies in combination with behavioral and cognitive approaches. This is a great variety of techniques for people of all ages to work through issues. These methods used in addition to talk therapy has had great results with my clients.
